JLPS at a Blue Jays Game

Accompanied by Mr. Parfeniuk, Mr. Pereira, Mrs. Denney-Falsetta and Mrs. Angellotti our grade 6 and 7 students had the opportunity to join thousand of students from all over Ontario for the Blue Jays School Day game event.
For most of our students this was their very first professional sport event they have every seen and for many of them their first time going into Toronto. The students took part in a
pre-game Amazing race challenge, familiarizing themselves with the stadium and the history behind it and then watched the Blue Jays play.  We had a great deal of fun and the game kept everyone excited throughout.  We are committed at JLPS to continue to enrich our students' lives by offering them these opportunities.
